X200 Ultra (Global) – With The Photographer Kit

With the Vivo X200 Ultra, the Chinese manufacturer has a possible alternative to the bulky DSLR camera in its portfolio.  With The Photographer Kit, a shutter button with different pressure points and, of course, probably the best camera setup on the smartphone market make the Ultra flagship a must-have for all those for whom only the best is good enough.

The Vivo X200 Ultra already offers superlatives with its display. It measures 6.82 inches and uses AMOLED technology, which supports 100% of the DCI-P3 color space. The 8T LTPO panel can dynamically adjust the refresh rate between 1 and 120 Hz, which is easy on the built-in battery. The 2K display is protected by a special armored glass and offers a maximum brightness of 4500 nits. The resolution of 3168 x 1440 is very high and results in a pixel density of an incredible 510 ppi. Dolby Vision and HDR Vivid are supported.

Vivo itself draws comparisons with modern DSLR cameras – and for good reason. Three high-resolution Zeiss Master sensors, including fast apertures, are just waiting to achieve great results, which are further improved thanks to the specially developed Vivo V1 and V3 chip. A 50 MP Sony LYT-818 sensor with OIS, 14 mm focal length and f/2.0 aperture ensures appealing panoramic shots. A 50 MP Sony LYT-818 sensor with f/1.69 aperture, 35 mm focal length and OIS is also used for everyday shots. A 200 MP Samsung HP9 sensor with Zeiss APO Sonnar optics, f/2.27 aperture and 85 mm focal length as well as OIS brings distant objects close thanks to 3.7x optical zoom. A special lens coating developed by Zeiss further enhances the results. A 50 MP selfie camera with f/2.45 aperture is offered on the front.

It goes without saying that the Vivo X200 Ultra supports all the latest standards. Dual 5G support and WiFi 7 allow a connection to the digital world with maximum bandwidth. Smartwatches, wireless headphones and other gadgets can be connected to the smartphone via Bluetooth 5.4. High-quality stereo speakers, an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor below the display and an NFC chip are also on board. A small special feature is the separate camera button, which supports multiple pressure levels and allows intuitive operation of the camera.
